Product Description
Rapid immunochromatographic test measuring canine pancreatic lipase (cPL), an enzyme produced solely by pancreatic acinar cells. During active pancreatic disease, cPL is released into the bloodstream, causing elevated levels detectable through testing — crucial for diagnosing canine pancreatitis by identifying inflammation or pancreatic damage. Specimen: serum or plasma. Results in 5–10 minutes with no equipment required. Sensitivity 94.92% and specificity 96.67% versus ELISA. Shelf life 24 months.
