Product Description
Rapid immunochromatographic combo test detecting canine parvovirus (CPV) antigen and canine coronavirus (CCV) antigen in feces. Both viruses cause acute gastrointestinal disease in dogs, with overlapping symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea, making combined testing useful for differentiating and confirming the cause of GI illness. Results in 5–10 minutes with no equipment required. CPV: sensitivity 95.74%, specificity 100% vs. PCR. CCV: sensitivity 93.10%, specificity 97.52% vs. nested PCR. Shelf life 24 months.
