Product Description
Rapid immunochromatographic combo test detecting feline parvovirus (FPV) antigen, feline coronavirus (FCoV) antigen, and Giardia antigen in feces. These three pathogens are common causes of diarrhea in cats, each requiring different treatment, making differential diagnosis essential for effective treatment. Results in 5-10 minutes with no equipment required. FPV: sensitivity 92.54%, specificity 97.09% vs. PCR. FCoV: sensitivity 96.67%, specificity 100% vs. RT-PCR. Giardia: sensitivity 100%, specificity 95.24% vs. microscopy. Shelf life 24 months.
