Product Description

Rapid immunochromatographic combo test detecting Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) antigen, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) antibody, and Feline Coronavirus (FCoV) antibody. FeLV and FIV are retroviruses affecting cats worldwide; FCoV is also a widespread viral infection in cats. All three can cause severe disease. Specimen: serum/plasma (FeLV/FIV); serum, plasma, pleural effusion, or abdominal effusion (FCoV). Results in 5-10 minutes with no equipment required. FeLV: sensitivity 98.04%, specificity 98.70% vs. RT-PCR. FIV: sensitivity 97.50%, specificity 96.67% vs. Western blot. FCoV: sensitivity 88.57%, specificity 94.23% vs. Western blot. Shelf life 24 months.
