Product Description
Rapid immunochromatographic combo test detecting Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) antigen and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) antibody in whole blood, serum, or plasma. Both are retroviruses affecting cats worldwide, capable of causing a range of clinical signs and reducing quality of life and lifespan. The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) recommends testing all cats at appropriate intervals based on risk assessment. Results in 5–10 minutes with no equipment required. FeLV: sensitivity 98.04%, specificity 98.70% vs. RT-PCR. FIV: sensitivity 97.50%, specificity 96.67% vs. Western blot. Shelf life 24 months.
