Product Description

Rapid immunochromatographic test detecting feline parvovirus (FPV) antigen in feces. FPV causes feline panleukopenia (feline distemper), attacking intestinal mucosal cells, lymphoid tissue, and bone marrow, causing enteritis and panleukopenia. Kittens 10–12 weeks old are especially susceptible, with symptoms including fever, lethargy, decreased appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, and hypothermia. Mortality rate is 50–80% without treatment. Results in 5–10 minutes with no equipment required. Sensitivity 92.54% and specificity 97.09% versus PCR. Shelf life 24 months.
