Product Description
Rapid immunochromatographic test detecting Leptospira IgM/IgG antibodies in whole blood, serum, or plasma. Aids diagnosis of canine leptospirosis, a bacterial infection dogs can contract from many leptospiral serovars, with clinical presentation ranging from mild subclinical infection to acute kidney injury, liver disease, or death. Results in 5–10 minutes with no equipment required. Sensitivity 97.73% and specificity 99.13% versus MAT (microscopic agglutination test). Shelf life 24 months.
