Product Description
Rapid immunochromatographic test detecting Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme disease) antibodies in whole blood, serum, or plasma. Aids diagnosis of canine Lyme disease, a tick-borne bacterial infection. Results in 5–10 minutes with no equipment required. Sensitivity 95.00% and specificity 96.67% versus PCR. Shelf life 24 months. Note: prior infection may cause false positives; early-stage infection (insufficient antibody response) may cause false negatives.
