Rapid immunochromatographic combo test detecting canine distemper virus (CDV) antigen, canine adenovirus (CAV) antigen, and canine influenza virus (CIV) antigen from ocular/nasal discharge. These pathogens are common causes of canine infectious respiratory disease (CIRD), a highly contagious condition frequently seen in young dogs and group settings such as shelters or kennels, with symptoms including coughing, sneezing, and eye/nose discharge. Results in 5-10 minutes with no equipment required. CDV: sensitivity 100%, specificity 98.08% vs. RT-PCR. CAV: sensitivity 88.88%, specificity 95.35% vs. PCR. CIV: sensitivity 90.00%, specificity 100% vs. RT-PCR. Shelf life 24 months.
