Advanced 4-in-1 multiplex rapid immunochromatographic test detecting Ehrlichia canis antibody, Anaplasma phagocytophilum/platys antibody, Babesia spp. antibody (covering key species including B. canis, B. gibsoni, B. vogeli, and B. rossi), and Dirofilaria immitis (heartworm) antigen in whole blood, serum, or plasma. Ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis, and babesiosis are common tick-borne diseases in dogs, while heartworm disease is transmitted by mosquitoes -- rapid, accurate diagnosis across all four is essential for prompt, targeted treatment. Results in 5-10 minutes with no equipment required. E. canis: sensitivity 93.55%, specificity 96.86% vs. PCR. Anaplasma: sensitivity 94.59%, specificity 98.98% vs. PCR. Babesia spp.: sensitivity 95.05%, specificity 92.24% vs. PCR. CHW: sensitivity 99.03%, specificity 100% vs. necropsy. Shelf life 24 months.
