Rapid immunochromatographic combo test detecting Ehrlichia canis antibody, Anaplasma phagocytophilum/platys antibody, Babesia gibsoni antibody, and Dirofilaria immitis (heartworm) antigen in whole blood, serum, or plasma. Ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis, and babesiosis are common tick-borne diseases in dogs, while heartworm disease is transmitted by mosquitoes -- rapid, accurate diagnosis across all four is essential for prompt, targeted treatment. Results in 5-10 minutes with no equipment required. E. canis: sensitivity 93.55%, specificity 96.86% vs. PCR. Anaplasma: sensitivity 94.59%, specificity 98.98% vs. PCR. Babesia gibsoni: sensitivity 92.13%, specificity 94.59% vs. PCR. CHW: sensitivity 99.03%, specificity 100% vs. necropsy. Shelf life 24 months.
